Juniper Health offers culturally grounded BCBA supervision and mentorship through The Juniper Circle—a program created to support Indigenous scholars and those serving Native communities.
Juniper Health provides comprehensive BCBA supervision designed to support candidates with applied practice while maintaining a balance between scientific integrity and real-world application.
Our supervision approach is structured yet flexible, ensuring that candidates gain meaningful, practical experience while meeting BACB supervision requirements. Rooted in respect, science, and cultural values, our supervision blends the rigor of applied behavior analysis with space for reflection, connection, and growth. We honor both clinical excellence and Indigenous ways of knowing.
Licensed to supervise in TX, NJ, MA(Soon), WI, and able to supervise in other states that do not have licensure.
To participate in remote supervision, candidates must:
✔ Be actively enrolled in an approved ABA course sequence
✔ Secure an ABA-related fieldwork site utilizing ABA principles
✔ Have the necessary technology for web-based meetings (microphone, stable internet, camera)
✔ Observation with a client. Obtain consent from their fieldwork site and client(s) for live or recorded observation.
✔ Sign a supervision contract
✔ Commit to completing required BACB documentation within given timelines
✔ Be Accountable, Engaged, Open to Feedback, and Curious. We’re here to support you, and we strive to make this experience align with your needs and goals as much as possible
We currently offer the standard fieldwork track (5% supervision) in alignment with BACB requirements. Concentrated fieldwork is not available through The Juniper Circle, as our model prioritizes steady, sustainable growth and reflective learning over accelerated pacing.
