Are you currently accepting new clients?
Yes! We are currently accepting new clients. At this time, we have immediate openings for in-home ABA therapy in Killeen, Belton, Temple, and surrounding areas. Our available slots are during daytime hours.
What are your current session times?
We use a block schedule to keep sessions consistent and do not offer partial sessions. Our session times are:
- Morning Session: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
- Afternoon Session: 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM
Are you in-network with Tricare?
Yes! We are an in-network provider with Tricare as part of the Autism Care Demonstration in Killeen, TX. We also take most other major insurance plans.
Is there free parent training available while we wait for services?
Absolutely! There are many free parent training resources available while you’re exploring ABA services. Here are some excellent options:

- 40-Hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Training
- University of North Carolina – AFIRM Modules

When is the next appointment available for assessment?
While we can’t guarantee exact openings, we can typically schedule a new client assessment within 10–15 business days.

We offer in home ABA therapy and telehealth services for families in rural areas.
Does my child have to have an ASD diagnosis to participate?
Yes, most insurance providers require an active autism diagnosis and a referral for services. Please be prepared to share your insurance information and diagnostic reports.
