Are you currently accepting new clients?
Yes, we are currently accepting new patients. At this time, we have immediate openings during day time and limited openings for afterschool services.
What are your current time frames for sessions?
We use a block schedule to help with schedules and we do not schedule for partial sessions.
Our morning session is 8:30-11:30am, 12:30-3:30pm, 3:30-5:30pm.
Are you in-network with Tricare?
Yes, we are in-network with Tricare as an ACD provider in Killeen, TX
Is there free Parent training available while we wait for services?
Yes! There are many options for free training to explore while you are making your final choice for ABA services. Google any of the training courses below & you'll find yourself a wide resources that include:
- University of California- Davis ADEPT Program (Parent Training Program)
- 40 Hour Registered Behavior Technician Training
- University of North Carolina - AFIRM Modules
When is the next appointment available for assessment?
While we can't share exact openings, we can typically get a new client assessment completed within 10-15 business days.
What areas do you serve?
We have a center where we serve clients from all over Bell county. Our in-home ABA services are limited to Killeen, Texas.
Do you offer in-home or center-based services?
At this time, have center-based openings at this time and in-home openings
Does my child have to have an ASD diagnosis to participate?
Yes, most insurance payors require an active Autism diagnosis and referral for services.
