Job Overview: Under BCBA supervision, implement behavior and skill-building programs for pediatric clients with autism. Flexible Monday to Friday schedule (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM), offering full-time and part-time positions.

Hours:  Full time hours are 30-35hrs/week, Part time is 15-30

Qualifications:

• RBT and Basic Life Support/CPR certifications (unpaid training provided)
• At least 18 years of age 
• High school diploma
• Passion for working with children
• Creating safe, positive environments
• Clear background check and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in related field (high school diploma required)
• Understanding of autism spectrum and developmental disorders
• Completed 40-hour RBT Training or RBT Certification
