Why Join Us? Seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to impact the lives of autistic youth. This role offers meaningful work in a supportive environment, helping children overcome challenges and achieve goals.
Job Overview: Under BCBA supervision, implement behavior and skill-building programs for pediatric clients with autism. Flexible schedules; our offices are open Monday - Friday 8:30-6:30 and Saturday 8:30-6:30.
Hours: Part Time Roles Ranging from 10-25 hrs

Qualifications:
- Completed 40-hour RBT Training or RBT Certification
- Skilled Registered Behavior Technician with over 6 months hands on experience
- Basic Life Support/CPR certifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Associate's Degree in related field
- Passion for working with children
- Creating safe, positive environments
- Clear background check and reliable transportation
